  I purchased a indoor door mat for a small childcare centre. after just 3 weeks the mat started falling apart, there was red fluff coming off the top of the mat thus becoming a hazard to the children. I sent an email to them with photo evidence of this and they said they could replace the mat or refund the money, but the new mat is smaller instead of equivalent to the faulty mat. they also tried to convince me the mat I bought was NOT faulty! they insinuated that it was my fault for buying the wrong kind. In the end I had to go with the refund. there was no apology from them at all throughout the process and instead they said its a pity I am not happy with the mat which was faulty! DO NOT buy anything from matshop Brisbane, it is a time waster and a bad product.
